Film pressure sensor is piezoresistive, also known as resistive, equivalent to varistor in the circuit.
When the sensor has no external load, the circuit is in high resistance state (generally greater than 2m Ω).
When the external pressure is applied to the sensor, the circuit resistance will decrease (tens of K Ω or less).
With a multimeter, the resistance value can be read directly by connecting to two external terminals.
The resistance value changes with the change of external pressure. The voltage is inversely proportional
to the resistance, while the voltage カ is linearly related to the conductivity, so the pressure change can be
inversely deduced according to the conductivity change.
